Workshop "Mediation, conflict management and reconciliation"
On April 27th, 2016 took place the exchange workshop "Mediation, conflict management and reconciliation" organized by the NUST Network with the collaboration of the Mediation Center Barcelona. The workshop was held at the Business Incubator of Barcelona Activa and had 20 participants.
The workshop, which featured a presentation by Montse Mir and Carol Pinilla of the Mediation Center Barcelona, had the following objective: "That NUST Network companies know and could use mediation as a tool to address issues of reconciliation and coresponsibility. The mediation facilitates the search for agreements that help companies improve the management of their human resources and allow find the balance between professional and family life." During the workshop, the participating companies and organizations met tools and skills and shared their own experiences.
Finally, through the Visual Thinking, two group exercises were performed. On the one hand, a group worked the needs of workers with questions like "What does the worker from the company to boost these measures of reconciliation?" On the other hand, the other group worked the company needs based on the same questions, and finally the two exercises were compared.
